I have been working in the fitness industry for over fifteen years. During this time, I have come to realize the most important quality for fitness success is consistency. Often, people will become motivated to start a new exercise program and they will burst out of the gate at full speed, changing all areas of their lives. This is not always sustainable. I show people how making small, but significant changes to their routines will result in lasting, positive habits that bring long-term results. Acknowledging individual preferences in exercise is what I do best and this allows my clients to challenge themselves and also develop persistence which will serve them throughout the years. I have been participating in dance, sport and movement my entire life. I graduated from University with a Bachelor of Science. Over fifteen years ago, I decided to share my passion for physical fitness by training and teaching others. I focus on movement for longevity and the improvement of quality of life.
